Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of a4cprod.org (the “Site”), operated by A4C Prod LLC (“A4C Prod,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Accounts
When you register, you agree to give accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at admin@a4cprod.org if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or put the Site or other users at risk.
3. Training requests
Submitting the training-request form is a request for information only. It does not enroll you in a program or create a contract for services. Any training, subscription, or paid offering, including the CyberTekie platform, may be subject to separate terms, pricing, and agreements.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, databases, or other users' accounts;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without our written permission;
- Interfere with the Site's operation, including by introducing malware or sending excessive automated requests;
- Submit false information or impersonate any person or entity.
Cybersecurity concepts discussed on the Site are for education. Apply security techniques only to systems you own or are explicitly authorized to test.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, book descriptions, and cover artwork, are owned by A4C Prod LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
6. Books and third-party links
Books featured on the Site are sold by Amazon and other third-party retailers, not by A4C Prod through the Site. Purchases, pricing, availability, shipping, and returns are governed by the retailer's own terms. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Educational content is general information, not professional, legal, or security-consulting advice, and we do not guarantee any career, certification, or employment outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, A4C PROD LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A4C Prod LLC from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes and termination
We may change these Terms by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time.
